Located in the prime area of our resort, enjoy the taste of paradise. Our menus are a fusion of local and international dishes, full of fresh flavours.
With the sound of waves washing onto the shore, gaze out taking in the spectacular views of the Caribbean, and let relaxation kick in.

THE RUM BAR
With over 350 rums from all over the world, our rum bar has one of the largest selection in the Caribbean. Featuring a range of house-infusions, classic cocktails, and rums from around the globe.
Sit back, relax and enjoy a sipping rum or rum flight while our knowledgeable staff explain the history and origins
Our Rum Bar opens from 2pm – 11pm
THE COFFEE BOX
At the northern dinghy dock, you will find our flavoursome Coffee Box. Offering a full range of gourmet delights, from sweet pastries to artisan style sandwiches and locally made gelato.
Enjoy an organic coffee from VI Coffee Roasters while using our complimentary Wi-Fi. With multi-level decking, we provide shading, power outlets and elevated views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel.
Coffee Box opens from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
